Welcome Jeff! If only I could join you on that journey... Right now my only access to the Ring is in Gran Turismo. The ST just begs to be thrown into corners and my current landscape is sadly lacking in those. This car would be tremendous fun in Italy.

Thanks! I have about a 4 month wait until the car arrives. There are some great roads in Italy, but some horrible ones in/around the Naples area. I have yet to see another FiST on base, except a couple of the 2 door variants.

Did you get the US spec 4 door? As sleek as the 2 door looks I love the practicality of the 4 door. The wait makes the first drive all the better!

Yep, we are in the painful "waiting for delivery" stage. I ordered through Exchange New Car Sales on base. It is the third new car we've purchased through them and the seventh new car purchase abroad since 2001.

I just picked mine up a couple weeks ago after an ENCS purchase also, though this was my first car purchased through them. I haven't made it to Germany to test it on the autobahn...yet. I'd imagine it will be fun, as would Italy.
