Ertzog, no kidding about the roads are bad around 94 from South Bend-Chicago. I was there a few weeks ago traveling and was shocked at how bad the conditions were. I was on my snow tires/wheels and I am scared to drive the route again in a few weeks on my 17" wheels.

BRGt350, got back yesterday from ertzog with his wheelsets. Thought the roads in MI, IN and IL were fairly smooth compared to Milwaukee's streets after this past winter. Also, he may be also referring to his driveway/approach road which is absolutely breathtaking but resembles a logging road at times.

yes, I meant our local access dirt road loop. it gets crazy bad between re-grading.

as far as paved roads go... I find that I run into scarier things far from home, as I generally observe the local threats as they evolve and keep mental notes where everything is - but end up running through surprises around the next bend when on trips over roads only taken every other month or so (to chicago).
