Does anyone else feel like their FiST is riding on a wagon wheel on a cold morning?

Mine is softer because of the winter tires (15" vs 17" and squishy sidewalls). Maybe your tires are just really stiff from the cold?

If you mean stiff, I don't notice a difference. If you mean a complete lack of traction, as in iron on concrete, it's the stock tires. They're no good below 40 degrees F. DO NOT USE the stock tires for winter if you have weather below 40 F.

Yeah, the stock suspension already has way too much compression damping and a cold morning makes the damper fluids thinker, so it is a rougher than normal ride until they warm up some.
