Volume buttons doesn't work, I can't hear anything from the speakers, I have been reading about reset by disconnecting the fuse, but I don't know if I have to turn off the car or do this with the car running, please help, also, where's is the fuse box in the fiesta st 2014?

Try master reset before pulling the fuse. Worked for me. Also turning off auto contact sync with your phone seems to help

Solved! Just pull that ******, it's fuse #10, now works fine, did it with all turned off
Not buying another ford in the future
