I still really want to see this color in person on an ST. I saw a glimpse of a 2014 Fiesta sedan while I was in traffic, but we were going different directions so the only reason I even spotted it is because it's so bright. From what I saw, it's an interesting color for sure. If molten orange wasn't a color choice I think I'd go with the green envy.

Where the heck are the Green owner's? Where'd this thread go? lol.

Only reason I haven' posted much in here, is because I tend to throw my photo's up in my own thread... And I don't want to be a whore double posting every time.

But are there no other Green folk with Camera's ?

I saw the Green Envy at a dealership a couple months ago. It was overcast, so it wasn't as good as it could have been. But I liked it. Definitely my second color choice if Molten Orange wasn't an option.

The salesman tried to talk me into the Lime Squeeze when I was buying my '11 SES, but it was just too loud for me then. I guess I have no excuse now that I have the MO. Bright green just isn't my thing I guess.

For those who own (or have seen) a greenie, what's the colour like in the metal? When I bought my RS it was blue or none for me, but on seeing Ultimate Green in real life, it's an amazing colour. Is this Envy massively speckled metallic or is it more flat?

It's definitely a metallic flake in the sun. It doesn't photograph real well.

If you have seen Fords pearl white it has the same glitter as pearl white but is green.

I'll post some pictures as soon as the weather gets nice. Mine has been hiding in the garage for the most part due to salt in the roads.

Yeah.. Undoubtedly metallic. You really have to see it in person. No matter what photo you see, it is not going to translate the same. I've taken so many photo's of my car, and the paint probably looks different in every single photo.

There are plenty of regular '14 Fiesta's in Green Envy. It is also the same paint as the Gotta have it green on the Mustangs. Keep your eyes peeled for either of those, and you can check out the paint in person.

Strongly advise doing so in the morning/afternoon on a sunny/clear day. A cloudy day or in the shade/night/dark.... Is not going to illustrate what you have to look forward to.

It doesn't give off the same metallic look without the light hitting it. It still stands out, but the flake is not all that noticeable on those kind of days.

Not the same Green though as the Focus RS.

I would have preferred that Green. But I am glad I was able to choose Green at all. Love it.

There's a guy where i work with the tangerine Focus, and it looks like a different car every time i see it.

It is the 3D carbon spoiler. Side by side with the stock one this is way more aggressive.

I still love my green...BUT, I bought the car while I lived in CO/WY. It offered great visibility in winter conditions and was unique among all of the cowboy trucks. I moved to Phoenix, AZ a few months back and immediately noticed I was driving in the midst of a drove of bright green Prius Taxies...ug! I still love it. No one has tried to flag me down for a ride, thankfully.
