Ok dudes, I'm all in. Ordered a Molten Orange FiST last Saturday....I was so excited I forgot to ask the delivery date!!!
Got a great trade on my F-150. And these guys are cars enthusiasts.
They wanted to know all about autocross and love the new Ford hot hatches.......
And the place was hopping. Probably 15-20 people there making deals on cars. http://www.zeckford.com

Nice try....sounds like spam/advertising. Put this under the section where we shout out good dealers.

A couple pics of the Fiesta ST in action at an AutoX. Please don't pay any attention to the giant bird turd on my hood. Haha.

I think I can put it anywhere I want to, Mr. forum cop.
If you don't like it don't read it.

And,it's not spam if you've checked out my previous posts. If I want to pimp a good dealer I'll pimp a good dealer.

I'm bummed! Autocross is over for those of us in CT until April. I can't wait to take it out on our local courses. Our courses have been very short and technical and I did pretty well in my moderately modified SES. I think the ST will really excel on these short courses
It was VERY cold the first set of runs, my first runs were around 30 degrees. No traction at all in the front. After it warmed up to around 55 it got a lot better but I have to admit that if you really want to have fun in the car it needs better rubber. The rubber on it is more aggressive then most tires on OEM cars but the front didn't have quite the bite I was needing. This was a very technical course. Granted with warmer weather it would have helped a lot, but better tires are recommended. I'm going to try either 215/40/17's or 225/45/17's if they fit in a Dunlop ZII.

Without spacers or a different offset 225/45/17 will rub as my DZll's did after I test fit them on Svt rims

Here's mine with the black 17x7.5 Kazera KZ-P and Continental ExtremeContact DWS 205/45R17 removed from my SES before I traded it. I wasn't sure if I would like the black rims on the MO, but after I put them on, I really like it.

How's the ride? Bumps less, more, the same? Do the fronts rub, turning circle less?

Yes, Smoother ride, but less grip on dry pavement (as expected for all season tires). No rubbing and no noticeable reduction in turning radius.

Don't be hatin'. Smokin is all pumped up now. If he is legit, lets see how pumped up he'll be two months down the road when he wont know his delivery date.

Thanks. Any issues with the TPMS ?
The idiot light is on and I get a reminder on the MFT screen. I'll probably order another set of sensors soon.
Any noticeable loss in accel from the extra meat on the 45 tires?

No, the tires are 3% larger and the weight is nearly identical. The most noticeable difference is the reduction in traction under power. It is quite easy to break these tires loose compared to the stock tires.
