Tires or a Cat-Back

I have 25MM spacers and the only problem ive had is full wheel cut (Left or right) The inside of the tire hits the wheel well.
It doesn't happen everytime, and ive driven with them for about a year now with no wearing issues or problems, they are H & R and I bought them through fswerks. :]
