I think it just needs the threaded hole to screw the sensor into. I guess you could drill and tap a hole, but I don't think I'd take that chance myself.
The sensor is either attached via a band (big ass hose clamp) or is part of the valve stem. The Fiesta uses the sensor/valve stem combo. The only clearence issues would be if the wheel geometry won't allow enough room for the sensor to fit around the valve stem hole. If that is the case, a band style would need to be used.
i come back to the dealer and he say , the car has no ring just the light at the Dashboard ,can i have the real thing , because i no need tpms just for the light but the ring is another story .

I get just the Light and a warning on the MFT display the warning only lasts like 5 seconds and the light on the dash blinks for a bit then stays on solid. No dings at start or during .. (as I park my car near my summer tires so tpms resets itself in my garage) So I have to drive more than 15 minutes or so before it comes back...
