Does anyone know if Mountune tunes will work with the Accessport or will be need to buy one of these too?
Agreed. One of the biggest disappointments for me hopping onto the mk7 platform here in the US was the complete lack of aftermarket tuning. I had been hoping that the new Fiesta's market would mimic that of the mk1 Focus and companies would see it's potential and jump on it. As we've seen these last 4 years.... not so much. We can't even import the tuning from Europe (where the Fiesta's ECU was cracked almost from Day 1) because Ford US uses different software in the Mexican built cars.If I can use Cobb's tuning software as well as standard Mountune package tunes I'll get one. If its locked, I'll go to Cobb. If the Cobb can't do custom tunes, I'll be getting something else.
I will find out.Does anyone know if Mountune tunes will work with the Accessport or will be need to buy one of these too?
The silver lining seems to be the ST, and the attention it will get. Cobb, Mountune, FSWerks, and Steeda are all on board, and since it shares a lot with the regular Fiesta, there will probably be some trickle down.Agreed. The tuning is the one thing holding my little 2011 back. Everything else I can fix but the small lack in power. If I could bring my car up to even 140-150hp (it dynoed at 110) it would be just about perfect.
Come on ST!
If you want to run Mountune programming you will need to buy this mTune handheld.Does anyone know if Mountune tunes will work with the Accessport or will be need to buy one of these too?
