Anyone on here have Recaros and either are very large themselves or have a very large passenger? My buddy is worried he won't fit in my seats (and I'm worried they may break) as he is 360ish pounds with a very wide frame. Anyone had anyone this size in a car with Recaros and was it even comfortable for them?

I'm 6'6" and 235lbs and I find the Recaros a bit tight, I'm guessing your friend will find them pretty uncomfortable.

I'm at the 325lb mark and was at 382 at my highest. Seat is very comfortable and no issues to speak of even as a winterly insulated type......63k miles.
