There are other post on this subject, but at any rate 205/40/17 is the standard size. I have not been able to locate any winter tires that size, but am not saying they don't exist. O.D of the the stock tire is 23.5". Other sizes that are available CLOSE to this OD are 195/50/16 ( 23.68" OD) and 195/60/15 (24.2"OD) Of course that would mean purchasing new wheels, the important thing being that the bolt pattern is 4x105, and offset is close to 47.5.

There were some Blizzak's on tire rack, but there is some sort of error on the site where they aren't showing up anymore. They said IT is looking into it. I wanted to get winter tires and put the stock wheels on them and then for summer I wanted to get black wheels and put them on the stock tires. But I don't know anything about rim sizing or tires or anything like that. I think black rims would look very nice on my molten orange fiesta.

the Fiesta ST supplement says a 195/45-16 tire on 16" Fiesta [16x6.5"] wheels work for winter tires.

Tire Rack do have the Bridgestone Blizzak WS60 in 205/40R17 for $117. They are just not listed on their website.
They are the older series, WS70 are the latest, Bridgestone look like they are not making that size in WS70.
I would like to keep with 17" and fit winter tires on the existing wheels.
Looks like I might have to try my sons SVT euros. I think those are 215/45R17

Fitted my sons SVT euro wheels, 17x7 same offset and stud spacing, with WS70 Blizzak 215/45R17 and went for a drive.
No interference or hitting of wheel arch on hard lock when braking hitting a bump, then went for a 20 mile drive, no issues.
Leaving them on the car for now and let my wife drive over some the rough roads to her work to see if something hits.
So the plan is getting some 17" wheels to fit the summer tires that came with the car.
Get the Pirelli Winter Sottoszero Serie II in 205/45R17 which are 0.9" taller in diameter than the stock FiST tires.
The Blizzak 215/45R17 are 1.2" taller and at present they seem ok, so this plan should work.

I bought the Dunlop SP Winter Sport M3's for my Svt focus in a 215/45/17 and yes they are wider then I wanted, worked better then any winter tire I've ever tried. The flat out amazed me. I'll be getting some soon.
