Have you had a chance to talk with your dealer about this? I can look into some additional assistance.

Mine does this. Only noticed it after I had it in for a new cowl when the blower motor froze. It does it every time I put on max defrost.

Mine seems to do it with the defrost in general, not just on max. But It's not consistent, sometimes it does it and sometimes it doesn't.

Once you have an appointment set up, send over a PM with your VIN, updated mileage, best daytime phone, full name, and dealer name/location. I'll check some options.
